Having a slow start to muzzleoader season. Been not seeing any bigger bucks. I got trigger happy and excited this morning. A little bummed out that I shot this buck. But that's the way it goes. He came in running a group of 6 does. I thought he was bigger than what he was. Had to make a quick decision. After I shot him the does lingered long enough for me to fill a antlerless tag. Went and got my 2 year old who is 100% ate up with deer. It was his first time seeing a dead deer. He loves it. Almost like its in his blood. Lol 😆 These deer was deer #30 and #31 that I have killed off this property but they are #1 and #2 as the actual owner of the land.
