got to brag on Megabass customer service

If you've seen my other two threads, you know I've had two Megabass rods break in the last week.

I just have to say - the customer service from Megabass (Catherine) is the best of any company I have ever dealt with. They respond immediately and clearly. They want to help and make the situation right. They aren't trying to nicklel and dime me. I really believe that customer satisfaction is their true goal. I had a pretty sour taste in my mouth about the accidents, but based on their customer service alone, I'm going to continue to give their rods a try. I want to support companies that operate like that.
 
I was thinking yesterday, at least they are making it right.

I can actually understand them getting in a bad shipment or whatever.
There are SO many variables that are out of your control in a manufacturing process.
As you said, at least they are making it right.

I don't blame you for giving them another shot.
