Let me preface by saying that I never use scents for deer hunting - it's just not my thing. Last year, I won a spray bottle of Code Blue Urge. I figured I'd give it a shot around the trail cams because I use scents a ton for attracting all kinds of critters.
One of my favorite scents is anise oil, but it's expensive, and I can't find it anywhere except for on the internet. This Urge stuff smells a lot like anise oil, and I believe it really works. Deer, yotes, foxes, and bobcats seem to come check out the scent.
Anyway, it's on sale at Cabela's for $4.88 down from $14.99. It's definitely worth a shot if you like to tinker with attracting animals to your cams.
