grim reapers

I've killed 2 deer with them, 2 very good blood trails from 2 not so good hits. That's what I'm using again this year, hoefully my aim will be a little better.

I really like mine. I have shot one doe and two bucks so far using them this year. Never went more than 50 yards.

They are really durable as well. I missed a buck and shot one into a log. Just knew it was lost. Pulled on it, blades folded back and broadhead came out. Put it back into my quiver. Killed 2 bucks with the same broadhead since.

As far as I can tell, they are worth the money.

I shot my first doe with one Saturday evening. She ran twenty yards and dropped.

Congrats! Glad to hear you got one with a bow. I know you have worked really hard for it.

Thanks Richman. It has been alot of work scouting and and putting the time in. But it was very rewarding.

I only shoot Grimm Reaper razorcuts.
It does everything is should, if you make a good shot.
Cuts and opens great on angled shots from above, and quartering away. It sticks, cuts, and penetrates.
Cut under the skin and you can see where the blades open.
There may be other good mech's, but this one is great.
Well worth the money.

I have killed 2 deer with them. Last year I shot a doe and hit her in the shoulder at like 18 yards and they only penetrated a couple of inches. The shot was bad, totally my fault.. But so I didnt have any mind games/confidence issues, I switched to rage 2 blades

When I first began using mechanicals, I had a mental problem shooting to 40 yds with it. I went back to fixed blades for a while. Know the feeling.

shot a doe in the sholder with one only went in bout an inch arrow broke off deer has been seen twice since then with no noticable limp sp i am happy about that. My hunting partner shot a doe with one just like mine left a blood trail a blind man could follow and it wasnt a great shot either. I am keeping mine

Well Ive killed 6 deer with them, and i think there awesome. last year i shot a deer at 48 yards and i was aiming at the top of the deers neck and i over judged my yardage. it still had enough momentum and speed to go threw the back of the skull and out the front. It sounds brutal, but it was my first bow kill on presidents island.i killed a doe two days ago and she had a hole in her, big as a half dollar. As a matter of fact i believe all of them were that big.

i will shoot them, as long as they keep making them. i have friends who argue with me about how those rage broadheads are better, and that they have a bigger cut diameter, but im not the one losing most of my deer.
