I don't follow them all that close but it seemed to me he was doing a pretty good job considering all the injuries. We'll see how quick he gets picked up...

When they fired the last coach (can't remember his name) I knew they are in trouble as a organization.
 
He was apparently wanting to look into other jobs because the Grizzles managers wouldn't let him help in picking up new players or what players to go after.
But I say he came out better after going to the Kings getting 16mil and a 4 year contract.
 
He left them no choice, seeking permission to speak with other teams for the second or third time in as many years. Also disagreements on talent evaluation didn't help either. In his defense he was right about the talent. He's a good coach but he'll have his hands full with that train wreck in Sacramento.
