Works fine if you open them up before shooting through any mesh.

Don't think i would either. I watched Blake shelton shoot through his blind the other night, and still killed a nice mulie. No pass thru though.

Yes it will open the blades . Shoot fixed blades through the mesh , or take the mesh down when using mechanical heads .
