Here's my situation. I have two shotguns.
1. Winchester 1500 Auto 12ga 2 3/4"
2. Stoeger Condor O/U 12ga 3"
I have got two chokes that fit both.
1. HS Strut Undertaker HD Ported
2. Cheap Ported Choke I bought at Wal-Mart 10 yrs ago
I patterned the guns the other day. Both have beads for sights. The Winchester patterns very true to POA. The Stoeger patterns great except for being 8" high and 8" to the right from POA. Here is what I am debating:
1. Should I use the Stoeger and compensate by aiming low and left?
2. Should I add an adjustable sight to the Winchester and get better loads? All I had was the cheapest Winchester XX loads in number 4 shot.
3. I only patterned the Stoeger with the top barrel. Is there a chance that if I go back and shoot again the bottom barrel will pattern more true to POA?
