Gun is patterning high? Suggestions besides aiming low

Do I just need to try to get a scope to adjust? Any rifle style sights for shotguns you guys recommend? I've recently purchased a used shotgun that is one year old. I think I know why they sold it. It patterns about 6 in high at 25 yds and about 10 in high at 40. I've tried multiple chokes and a different loads. Should I just trade the gun.

If you get a bigger front bead it will help some but maybe not as much as you need but it's a cheap option
