had fun this morning

I had over a dozen does in a food plot by 7:30. Over the next hour, five different bucks came by, including two that I had on my "kill" list. The oldest was a 7 pointer that had fat rolls on his neck when he would lower his head to scent check a doe. Not sure why I never picked up the ML...
I let every deer live, hoping to get the older 7 point in front of my 11 year old son next weekend.

Yep, feel the same way. If I can fumble around and get a pic or two of one with my phone, I can definitely get on them with my gun.
