Hard Antler

Any hard antler pics yet? I found two rubs that looked new last Sunday. Seemed a bit early.

All of mine are fuzzy till the end of September, I killed a fuzzy 11pt last year

I had one on camera the other day with a little velvet coming off. The rack was a little odd.

All velvet here I actually had some growth last week.

No hard horns on my cams yet but probably won't be long

Saw a fresh rub last Friday when checking the cameras but all the bucks on the card still had velvet.

Shouldn't be. Maybe they weren't rubs you found, and if they were, that is one very early buck

I see hard horn every year starting mid August here. I expect to have hard horn pictures now I'll check cams over the weekend.

Checked my cam yesterday and had 2 bucks in velvet a few hours before but found 2 small cedars that had been freshly rubbed.
