I had to go to Paris yesterday and ran by the local meat shop and just couldn't pass up the fillets.
Woo weeee they were gooood.

Fillet, baked tater with the steak juices dribbled over it and garlic bread.
 
Looks great and sounds delicuous! Trollingers?

I always make sure to use the plate the steaks rest on after the grill... just so the wife can have a clean plate. Ha!
