Heading out for my first turkey hunt tomorrow!

I am like a little kid hehe. We're going to Catoosa - I have never been there so going in blind :crazy:.
My friend is gonna to do the callin since she is much much better at it than I am.

Any pointers?

Seriously though, you picked a TOUGH place to learn to turkey hunt! I started hunting Catoosa 25 years ago and if you can kill birds there you can kill em anywhere in the nation!

Tough place huh, I sure know how to pick em eh? Actually I have no place else to go so since its open there this weekend I thought I would try it out - and yes I am from Maine - Bangor to be precise. Moved from there in 2003 to Michigan then from there to here

thats great... believe it or not tomorrow eve will be my first time on a turkey hunt too! im going alone tho so at least you have someone that knows what theyre doing lol! hopefully we can both log on here monday w/ a pic of a big tom

I grew up in East Winn, Maine(out in the sticks). That is near Lincoln just 30 miles north of Bangor. Left in 1984 and never been back. Anyways, good luck to ya.
