Helical Vanes

I have a question about helical vanes.

The information that came with my new arrow rest said it would work best with helical vanes. I am shooting blazers.

So what is a helical vane?

Sorry if this is stupid, but I am new to archery.

You can't put much helical on Blazers because of the short length of the vane , but you can put a good degree of offset .
