Here is what my morning kill looks like now!

what did you marinate that in
I usually soak them in 7up for an hour and that's it minus some garlic/butter/olive oil mix.
However this time I spake them in allegro marinade with some garlic salt and maple seasoning. Turned out awesOme.

Allegro is a brand of meat marinade. It's not as strong as Dales marinade if you have had it before.... good flavor, especially on mushrooms.
