When I was 16 he was going to be signing autographs at the Service Merchandise (remember those) in Nashville.
I got there early and had bought some fishing lures before I stood in line for him to sign my football.
When I got up there he saw my bag and started asking me what I fished for and where. I had bought a couple of those Rebel Crawdads and he said "oh man, now that'll catch ya some smallmouth."
