Hevi 13

$25-$28 shipped. worth every penny. i would suggest the 2 oz. 3" and 2-1/4 oz. 3-1/2". ive shot both in #6 and they gave excelent patterns at 40 yds. cabelas is the only place ive found them.

My 835 does not like it for some reason. I tried different chokes last year at the range and never got a pattern I liked.

They patterned ok in my 835 at 40 yards, but this year I'm trying the Nitros with my Jelly Head choke.

Best shell in the biz!Match it with a extended range pattern master it will be hard to beat.

didn't know they were that high, can't see me paying that.
I've killed a truck load of turkeys with 10$ a box shells.
Killed my first 10 turkeys with a 16 1100 modified barrel.
Thanks for the info fellas, that's one great thing about this site, get the low down before you buy!

Heavy 13 in my mossberg out shoot any other shell. They put 20 percent more shot in a seven inch circle at forty five yards.

The Heavy 13 and Winchester supreme Elite HD pattern exactly the same in my Browning.I prefer the Heavy 13....seems it penetrates my patterning board better at 50 yards. Some of the regular copper plated shot will actually just barely inprint the board at 50 yards.....but the Heavy will bury up in it. Im using 3/4 plywood for my patterning board.

I have had the same results with penetration. I tried some different federal loads and they were barly stuck to the board while the Heavy shot would blow on through.

This morning the Nashville Bassproshop just unloaded some Hevi13 A lot of 12ga 3" #6, not sure on the oz. There was 5 boxes of 12ga 3 1/2" 2 1/4 oz #6. I took 3 boxes!!!
I have never shot them but am getting ready to try.
:)

thats why i like em so much. the #6 hevi blew through my target while the #4 lead just bounced off and barely stuck in.
