Im looking for some of the best closed faced reels. Because of an accident I had a few years back I cant cast my open face (my favorite) worth a crap anymore and Ive practiced several times.
My open face even has the trigger release but I just cant get the rhythm.
But I do pretty good with releasing a closed face with my thumb.
Any suggestions on a good higher end closed face ?
I would probably never go higher than 10 to 12 lb test and mostly use 6 to 8 lb.
Thanks

I use to use Zebco Omegas a lot. I think I got about 5 of em. Great reels. Only wore out rubber button on 1. But they are a little heavy. They do have a new one called the bullet which is probably better. I use bait casters now' took a while to learn but way better. Kids still use omegas.

Yes Ive been looking at those as well.
More specifically the Zebco Omega Pro Spincast Reel Convertible.
Do you have personal experience with them without any issues ?
Thanks for the input.
