Hiwassee Turkey Hunting

Has anyone here turkey hunted the Hiwassee refuge ? If so can you shoot me a PM with some details as to numbers and how hard it is to hunt them ? Not looking for your spot just wondering if there are birds there .

I love hunting the place. There are plenty of birds there, and plenty of people too. Best to use a boat and hunt the hard to walk to spots

Thanks Cook. I have never hunted the refuge and dont really know anyone that has but am wanting to give it a shot. Thanks for the info.
