Homemade Mouth Calls

Found this, and I wonder if it's worth the time. Have any of you ever made your own? Is it better?

I tried a couple times a couple years ago but didn't make enough to make a decent one. Simple design though. I have made decent tube and wingbone calls, but those are easy to make.
