- 1lb peeled devained tail on shrimp

- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 4-5 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki
- Red pepper flakes to taste

Marinate shrimp(or chicken)for about 30 minutes
Heat up your cast iron skillet when its ready pan sear the shrimp (or chicken, we did both last night)in olive oil. It wont take long to cook them, make sure to rub them in the skillet and get them good and carmelized. I reccomend making 2 batches of the sauce, one for marinating the food in and the other to drizzle over it once it was finished. It turned out really good and had it with spanish rice.
