A good friend of mine daughter has been wanting a pink bow too shoot 3D with us this year. He found a good deal on a left handed Hoyt Trykon XL. It was anodized bronze and he asked if there was anything i could do with it. So i told him to get the bow and i will get it done ( since im in the coatings business).

Well i got the bow stripped down and blasted the anodize off. Got the aluminum prep and sprayed it today. Ive got black limbs to put back on it. And order polished cams for it as well. Im gonna water sand it one more time and put another coat of clear coat on it to give it a really deep look. Then make a new string for it. She is gonna be pumped up at Christmas with her Pink Bow. :D

Here are some pics. Kinda tough taking pics to really show what the color looks like. But you get the picture! No pun intended. I will post some more when i put it back together. You will see in the pic with two heck head bolts where the cable slide goes. I left those in so paint would not get into the threads. gonna replace them with black ones

She will be happy for sure... If you run across a good youth bow let me know. Something in the 35 lb. draw weight range. I'm thinking really hard on the PSE Caos. My daughter is driving me crazy for a new bow, she also wants to shoot 3-D this spring.

Left or right handed? I got my 12 yr old the PSE Chaos for Christmas this year. They came out with a single cam module as well.

I prob can get you a good deal on a Browning Micro bow. They shoot well and are great for young ones....
