Just wanted to commend Hornady on their customer service. I inherited a set of 9mm dies missing the decapper rod. Contacted customer service to see about buying one since I couldn't find a source. The immediate reply was send your address and we will send you one under warranty. It arrived a few days later.

Have had similar experiences with them. Very good service for sure.

I admit that I used to never use Hornady anything. That has changed over the last few years to using a lot of Hornady stuff. They actually keep bullets in stock and keep releasing new stuff .
