LJ 9-20 90 yards , bye bye hypesman

No way this game kills his Heisman. Who else is even close to him?

A Running back from San Dagio st.
Jalin hurts (Bama QB)
A WR from Oklahoma.
Watson (Clemson's QB)

Is the next 4 in line

Still like LJ 3100+ passing yards 28passing TDs.
Hurts 2000 pass yards 16 TDs.

i understand, i agree he is the best player. still don't think he's a lock. it was his night to seal the deal, he failed.

and no i don't think hurts should or will win the HT but stats tho........

Lamar Jackson TDs vs teams w/non-winning record: 37. TDs vs. winning teams:10
Jalen Hurts TDs vs teams w/non-winning record: 9. TDs vs. winning teams:18

I personally don't think ANY freshman should ever win a Heisman. One single season does not make a Heisman IMHO.

But if these other candidates keep losing games for their teams all your going to have left is Hurts and Allen to choose from.

Allen gets my vote !

I agree. The Houston game opens the door for others, but I still think he is the frontrunner.

Hurts has the spotlight and the big stage to make a run if he has good performances against Chattanooga, Auburn, and in the SEC Championship game.

I agree Hurts does have the spotlight but he has a long way to go to PROVE he is Heisman worthy. One Freshman Single season does not make a Heisman IMHO
