...go about ordering a new gun since you aren't allowed over internet? Bass pro shops? I need to order a gun and want it left handed with an optional turkey choke and the correct camo patter. of course all of these preferences would be hard to find unless i ordered a new customized gun from somewhere, can bass pro do this and include all of the features i want?

if you know what you want, any FFL dealer can probably get it for you.

You can order from any gun dealer and have it shipped to another FFL license holder. You'll pay a transfer fee and then the $10 background check just as you would anywhere else when you pick it up. Transfer fees are set by the dealer who will be receiving your gun. The one I ship to charges $10 or $15 to handle it. Check out budsgunshop.com for ordering. They're hard to beat.
