how do you score a bird ?

never really cared about it and still don't but what is the formula

what would this bird score 21lbs, 7/8 spurs, and two beards one was 9.5 and the other was 8.75 cause this is the only bird i have killed that i know could have a chance to be above average

yeah looked at the site above and it would be way down the list it is unreal at what some turkeys score one is 198 holy cow that thing was huge
