I am finding it alot harder to pull my bow after sitting the tree and my muscles get cold. I was wondering how do some of you more experienced archery guys deal with this. I thought about every 30 minutes or so giving a couple of draws back, but really don't want anymore movement that needed. Any ideas?

I'll draw back and hold at full draw a few times during a hunt. It helps to draw and aim into each of your shooting lanes and visualize a buck standing in each one .This will keep your muscles loose . Practice bending at the waist and aiming at a small object . If you find that you can't draw back without a warmup , you are over bowed and need to lower your draw weight to a comfortable poundage.

Thinking out loud here...
Maybe take one of those resistance bands for exercising and use it to work your arms/shoulders.

Both are good ideas.. I usually just do some stretches and while sitting down in my seat, put my arms over my head and reach around the back of the tree, kinda loosens you up.

I draw my bow back several times before I even get in the tree to make sure I don't have anything in the cams.

When I get up even the morning before I take a leak. I mean fresh awake, get up and draw your bow. If you can draw it with ease, you are good to go. Works for me because I sit in the stand half asleep anyway. This is at 70, then a 2 weeks before the season comes in ill drop my bow back to 67-68 and leave it all season. You would be amazed at what a 2 pound difference feels like.

For me..bow poundage depends on the temp...I have bowhunted for 21 years..and I have hunted in temps in the 90's down to 4 degrees..once I recall being about 10 degrees..after two hours in the stand and being bundled up...a nice buck came by and for the life of me I could not get my bow drawn back..I learned alot from that experience...BEFORE..the season in summer I crank my poundage up as far as I can stand..even if I have to grunt to pull it back...when the season begins I drop it back..and when the temps get cold..I drop it back more..so no matter what the temp or how many clothes I have on..after hours of being in the stand..I can draw back nice and smooth..without any trouble at all...now what poundage one uses all depends on the person..for me..anywhere in the 60's is fine..I perfer upper 60's but thats my choice..I REALIZE this was a how to stay loose in the stand question..but..this sort of thing works if you can't stay loose.

:D :D on the last few!!!!!! Also... some pull-ups on a nearby branch to warm-up those back muscles!!!! Just make sure its a thick one!!
