I LOVE watching his press conferences.

"Those weren't arguments, those were ass chewin's"

The whole thing is a slam at Kiffin, but the comment is at the 7:00 mark :tu: !

LOL, no, my work is done. I just wanted a response, plus I wanted to make sure everyone saw them to get the same entertainment as I did :D !

However, I wish Butch would get mad like that :( !

ya theres not doubt he is in charge. he does what several ex-coaches don't....change, adapt, try something different.

Reality has set in for some opposing fans and they now realize that Bama is the real deal. That's really what the attention is about.... :)

4 National Championships in the last 7 years. If anyone is just now realizing Alabama is the real deal they have really had their head in the sand. I think with Sarkisian to Alabama its just an effort to prep the next OC as Kiffin moves off to another Head Coaching attempt. It wouldn't surprise me to see him at Auburn or LSU next year.

I told my buddy the other day that they started kinda slow but from what I have seen they are gonna be real tough to handle for the next 4 years.

As long as Saban is there, they will always be tough to handle. How he keeps recruiting high ranked players with their knowing they will have to sit a year or two is amazing. And then he releases them after a year or so if they aren't producing. No one else can do that.

I also give him credit for being willing to change. He's not afraid to overhaul his offensive philosophy, as with his pushing out McElwain and then Nussmeier. Many, including myself, thought he was crazy for hiring Kiffin, but it has been a stroke of genius and probably won him last year's NC.

With all that said, I love seeing the little general go off on Kiffin. They were made for each other :D !

!! CJM wins two BCS N/C back-to-back as Bama OC and excepts a job as Colorado States HC. CJM should thank Ole Nick since he is now the HC at Florida..... :tu:

Here's how Nick really feels...... :D ! :D !

;) Come on now, what did you expect him to say, especially since he was going to hand him another SEC title :D ?

It has been admitted on here before by Bama insiders that Mac was urged to look elsewhere. I do give Mac credit for making the most of it though after taking such a lowly job.

Pretty much the opposite of what I would expect a other fans to say. Never seen it mentioned until today that Saban ran off CJM who won two N/C as Saban's OC...... !!

Of course this whole post was about Saban telling it like was and now we are trying to say that's not the case????? :D

Kiffin has almost completed his Lolly Pop Guild training and the munchkin with the fidgety hands is about to cut him loose. :rotf: :pop:

Are you sure you're not confusing McElwain with Doug Nussmeier? I never heard any rumblings about Mac's move to CSU being anything other than a step up the ladder, while it is pretty well accepted in T-town that Nussmeier was nudged out to make room for Kiffin.

This...... Why let facts get in away of a good story. MAC's move was a step up and common sense would tell you that Saban wouldn't push his OC out the door after winning 2 N/Cs in a row.....!! :D !! !! !!
