I have a slab of Wright's bacon that's been in my deep freeze for a while. It was put in there before the best by date. How long after the best by date would it be safe to use?

If vacuum sealed I'd say a year or three. If it's well wrapped and smells okay when you thaw it out, use it. Fat can get funky in the freezer so bacon and things like that won't last as long as some things, but in real world applications I've used vacuum sealed smoked bacon that was two and a half years in the freezer and it was absolutely fine.
