How many deer have you killed with the same arrow?

I killed 3 with one arrow once, then I changed draw lenths. I have one from last year that has 2 to its credit...hopefully I can add to that next year. I always have thought it to be neat to kill more than one deer with an arrow.

I've never reused an arrow or broadhead after killing a deer.

I'd say that if you are on the Goldtip staff...Paying for or have enough arrows isn't a problem for you. LOL

youd be surprised how much trouble even prostaffers have had in recent years getting arrows from GT.

However, i know many hunters that figure if it gets them a deer it has done its job and desereves retirement...

7 with one arrow, that I can remember, I quit keeping track several years ago. I the arrow is not damaged in killing a deer, I always clean it, crest it, and refletch. Always had new blades or new broadhead. Most of the time you can replace the blades for a Muzzy and it is good to go.

reshapen or replace the blade spray it down with scent killer remove the blood ready to go again have always resed them .
sent a 55/70 thru both shoulder blades once couldn't reuse it tho splintered all the way to the fletching never found the broadhead

Don't remember exactly what year---95 maybe. Killed with the same arrow, same broadhead: Two black bears, one elk, sheep of some sort and three whitetails. Last deer finally bent the arrow and I decided to go with a new bh.

But just of interest. I killed two deer in one morning, 15 minutes apart with the same arrow and bh. Shot one. Got down, picked up arrow. Saw deer coming, nocked arrow, killed second one.

4 is the most i have killed with the same arrow. didn't get a pass-thru on the 4th deer and she fell on it and broke it. my first arrow for this season has 2 kills to its credit.
