How much pork fat does everyone use to ass with there deer meat? And what's "the best" breakfast sausage mix?

That's the problem around here, I haven't found a place that does their own. If I had more folks local, we could go in on a 50lb box, but I don't know enough people that make their own sausage here to do that with.BranchWater":3n8u2oar said:You want to find you some pork trimmings.
