How should I cook my turkey?

Cut breast into pieces to grill. Marinate in Italian dressing for 24 hrs. Take a jalapeno, quarter, and remove all seeds. Place jalapeno quarter on piece of breast and wrap in bacon. Then grill. My whole family loves it.

I usually grill or cut into chunks and deep fry. The last time I marinated it in Italian dressing, rolled in meal and flour, salt and pepper, and then fries.

Breat is good grilled, deep fried, smoked, etc...

Legs are good boiled, pressure cooked or crock pot with vegetables till the meat falls off the bone, then shredded and thrown in a pot with BBQ sauce for sandwiches.

I've gotten lazy...
I just skin out the breasts and legs, then trim them and grind them with 4 slices of thick Applewood bacon per 1/2 bird. Makes the best dang burgers you've ever eaten.

I've done ducks this way and it's delicious. Word of warning though. If you wear contacts wear rubber gloves. Even after washing my hands and taking a shower the first time I made them I put my contacts in the next morning and lit my eyes up.

Most of the time I cut them into strips, roll in cajun fish batter and fry.

Cut into strips marinate overnight in buttermilk fried on a cast iron skillet. Once you have tried it you'll never use Italian dressing again

Cube it in a CRockpot, chicken broth, pearl onions, some garlic salt. Cook overnight. Then drain liquid and add cream of mushroom. Simmer, and serve over rice, preferably wild rice. Cut with a spoon

I prefer to cut mine into strips. Get a bowl with plenty of cornmeal. Add checerees. Dump strips into the meal. Mix it up and fry.

I'm not a huge fan of the Italian dressing. I know it's popular. I'm gonna try some allegro next time I fix some

Is there a bad way?

I like a breast smoked with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper... then sliced into strips and sever over alfredo noodles. The

Warning, this will hurt you!

My second favorite is chunk it and deep fry it. Batter with flour, salt & pepper but add in about a cup of powdered sugar to the batter. O.M.G. thank you smh!

After breasting out the turkey, soak each half in a large bowl with salt water in the fridge overnight. Then the next day inject each breast half with Cajun Injector Creole Butter being careful not to let the needle exit the breast. Then place the breast halves in a gallon Ziploc bag and place back in the fridge overnight. Next day when you are ready to cook, slice each breast half into 2 inch strips, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning and wrap in a strip of bacon secured by toothpicks. Cook over hot coals or on a gas grill until the bacon browns. :super:

Cant believe some of what I am reading....

Take the breast off whole, brush with olive oil, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on it. Place on smoker over fruit wood chunks, and take off when it reaches 160 degrees. There is no better way period.

Made some jalapeno poppers last night after marinated in Italian dressing. DELICIOUS!
