Heard a lot of gobbles on the roost this morning. Heard a couple of shots earlier but has started to get quiet. No gobblers seen but did call in 2 jakes and hen around 7:30. So far it's been a good morning,

Hunt just about everything

Almost a done deal for me at 6:30 but those 2 gobblers were pretty smart. They were gobblin good on the roost and for about 20 mins after they flew down. Ive only heard one shot.

Heard a handful of gobbles and shots but not many of either. I saw a bunch of toms roost here on Sunday and there is still tons of fresh sign so I know they're quiet and not far from me

Called in one hen and that was it.Heard some gobbles early, not much though.Someone shot across the hollow from me!

Two strutters and two hens came in and my 10yo cousin missed. The lead hen had a 8 or 9 inch beard. Longest beard I've seen on a hen

Lots of gobbles early. Seen 1 gobbler and 6 jakes but couldn't seal the deal. Man was it great to be back crawling around. Turkey season is back!

Only heard one bird gobbling and he did off and on until 8:00 or 8:30. Had 6 jakes walk within 10 yards and then a lone hen. Started moving to the gobbler and boom the neighbor shot a jake that was with him. Birds were right on the property line. No shot on the gobbler and it was his first turkey which was cool.

Just heard one this morning. He was alone but hung up at 60 yards for 2 hours. He finally moved over the hill so I slipped up closer to where he was strutting and gave him one soft yelp on a Halloran NBK. He worked back into 35 yards and I killed him. It was a battle having him in view at 60 yards for 2 hours.
