I have never had a Hoyt make a noise before on draw. Had bow for over one year. Was this way out of box. Makes noise on draw about one out of 10 draws. Noise comes from the grip area. No cracks in the riser. I am considering epoxying the handle to the riser, but that seems a little drastic. Any ideas?

Have you had someone standing beside the bow while you shoot to verify that it is indeed coming from the grip? Sounds have an odd way of traveling through metal. I seriously doubt that it is coming from the grip because there is no moving parts to the grip, unless the grip is loosemy bet would be the limb pockets. Take it down and clean the limb pocket area with alcohol and then lube with white lithium grease or a graphite and I'll bet that will take care of it.
