Serious question.....just how do you know he's not a good coach? :roll:
 
It's hard to say a new sec Head coach is bad when his never been A head coach of a big time sec school. But it's also hard to say his good and will turn the program around when his never been the head coach of an SEC team lol I've seen A few gator fans say stuff like that on here and on different sites:)
The fact is vol fans are not impressed and will poke at UF fans, and UF fans are impressed and will back up there team. That's how things work only time will tell what ole DR.pepper man is made of:)

I didn't say either way, cause fact is I don't! Guess it's the same with Ol Butch, he had never been the coach of a SEC team. Vol fans for the most part seem pretty impressed with him. He still hasn't really proved he can coach, only proved he's a good recruiter. I reckon only time will tell there as well.
 
Yup CBJ has been a ok coach over the first two years not good. His did what was expected of him no more no less. I said that a few days ago on here. He got UT back to a bowl game now he needs winning regular seasons.

But thats how sports smack talk works afrer DR.pepper man only squeezes out a 6-6 season next year it will be ok because of this reason and that reason blah blah cause UF fans will be backing there team. But the fact is that really wont show us anything besides he can coach as good as CBJ lol and UF fans hate on him:)

Uh, come on now...... CJM has only got to squeeze out a 5-7 his first year to be like Butch. Then after 2 years all he'd have to do would be have a better than 11-13 record in the SEC. Like I said, time will tell. Butch is going into year three, all we've heard the first two is how it takes time, brick by brick, so happy with a 6-6 and a bowl after this year, and so on. I agree it takes time to make the transition. By year three with all the 4 and 5 star recruits you need to be lighting things up a little. So, by Vol standards I reckon CJM should get at least 3 years before we expect anything over a .500 season.
 
^^^^ Thats pretty much what I said, CBJ has been a OK coach NOT a GOOD coach. and I agree he needs to start having winning regular seasons starting in year 3 I just said that:)

I dont think CDP will win more the 6 games next season and probley have a record that looks just like CBJ after 2 Years maybe just a game or two off just a guess:) and if you think he should go by vol standards and get 3 years before record is a problem then why do gator fans keep bringing Up CBJs record after 2 years? What comes around goes around!:)
 
Even after year two with a new coach its hard to see what his gonna do later on:/ Look at muschamp people were pretty dang happy with him in year 1 and 2!!! Then in year 3 he won 4 games and year 4 he won 6:/ so really its hard to say no matter what.

After muschamps won 11 games in year two if I went to a sports fourm and said big deal his only gonna win 10 more games over the next 2 years with UF and get fired in 2014 people would have died laughing.
 
Unlike the Vols mac has a much stronger roster. No excuse to not be contending in the east this year.

Ha, yeah a new OC every year, now a whole new coaching staff and system to learn. Anytime a whole new staff comes into a program it usually takes a couple years to implement it and work out the kinks. Hey, if it happens in the first year I'll take it. If it doesn't, I won't be totally surprised. :roll:

I know GnB wakes up every day happy to have another day to bash Tennessee, but anybody that can't appreciate what Butch is doing is just crazy. The REAL experts are all impressed.
 
^^^yup lol thats why when FANS of other teams say o gosh look how bad CBJ record is over 2 years! I laughThey just redone the entire coaching staff. Played more true freshman then ANYONE and are the only FBS team to replace the entire O-Line and D-Line! And people wonder why he's not won more then 6 come on now?? It takes time I dont think anyone is gonna have the gators winning more then 6 even with a better upper class roster then CBJ had to start with.
 
Wanna Add it was not just fans of other teams some stupid vol fans wanted him fired before he beat SC again really wow?

No talent??? All I hear about for the last couple years is all the 4 and 5 star recruits! This is Butch's 3rd year, no excuses. I mean in year 3 with all these high power commits you better be looking at 8 to 10 wins. Might happen, we'll see. CJM ain't coached a down at Florida, so there again nobody knows.
