I lease 416 acres in Henderson County 10 minutes south of Lexington, TN. There are 6 members total plus me, and I have a place to hunt close to home so I rarely deer hunt here. There are 2 ponds with good fishing, lots of stands already in place, and a good network of roads. The property has some hardwoods, some cutover (several years old), and lots of pines. It is all woods except 3 small areas we plant for food plots every year. There's plenty of deer and some good genetics in the area. Your wife and kids are always welcome. The occasional guest is fine as long as it doesn't become a habit. As far as bucks, we don't shoot small ones, but you can shoot whatever you consider a trophy. Kids can shoot anything they want. There is a parking/camping area inside the gate. The place gets very little pressure. You can camp, fish, and hunt deer, predators, and small game all you want. Turkey hunting is not included.
