What's been your experience killing mature bucks during light rain?

Deer move very well in light rain in my experience, have killed a couple mature bucks on those type days.

I've only killed one in rain. But have seen several. It's extremely hit or miss in my experience.

Killed my biggest buck with a steady rain coming down. Not saying that's why it stepped out but it just happened to be raining.

My experience is that deer movement in general is less when raining. I have killed a good buck in the rain, but it was during the peak rut.

Personally, I've seen very few on rainy days to the point that I hardly hunt them anymore unless in a shooting house. Give me a cold, clear, calm, sunny day and I'm happy.

Our buck sighting rates are the same for hunts with rain versus hunts without rain.

Light drizzle is one thing but a downpour is another. You won't catch me in a downpour trying to find out if they move.

My daughter has killed 2 mature bucks on days where it was raining — and these were days where it rained like 4 - 7 inches. We sat in pop up blind tent those days. Have had other days were we saw nice bucks but didn't get shots.
