I am looking sooooo forward .......

i hear yall. just got my truglo scope in the mail this a.m. I had to put it on the ole mossberg and squezze a few rounds off. money well spent i really like it and looking foward to using this spring.

For the last couple of years turkeys have been walking through my yard and frankly I didn't think they were that hard to kill anymore...This year I have bought a new stock for the trusty 870 and a new site and a new turkey vest...I am getting pumped also...I plan on filming alot this year...Can't wait... :)

just hope it wasnt like year before. freezing temps, ice, rain.

last year was a good year, although a lot of folks complained about the rain. i hope this year it is warm and rainy, just like last.

I dont get too excited about turkey season. I have huge gobblers that stand there and watch me walk around the yard all day. The most longbeards I have seen at one time was 14. Maybe going off somewhere else to hunt would be more exciting!!

By the way, some would say "What are you complaining about??" It's not called "huntin" on my property...it's called "killin". I like huntin better!!

I'm ready. Funny that I see them all year and they don't pay attention to me at all. Walked within 20 yards the other day of 4 hens and they just acted like I wasn't there. Put some camo on and that all changes in the spring. Maybe I ought to chase them in a t-shirt, shorts, and a pair of crocs. :D

Here's a couple of pics of hens in my back yard. Notice the solid white one in the 2nd pic.
