I am set up

Right now I am setup overlooking a 1 acre food plot. The wind is swirling all over the place! I don't think they'll move til the last 30 minutes. Good luck everyone!

Yep, crazy winds here as well. On a ridge top but luckily the wind is switching back and forth in ok directions.

I had a doe come out, blow and run off! I am going to get off of the food plots and into the hardwoods. All the reports around here are saying that they are tearing the acorns up! I like hunting the woods much better anyway. I did get the crap scared out of me though! I was sitting in my blind and heard very deep growl, I peeked over and 2 huge dogs were standing growling at 20 yards! They were bristeled up looking right at me! So I came to full draw, setteled the pin on one of them and yelled getonouttahere! Lucky for them they ran off! I was very glad they bolted because I didn't want to kill them however if they were going to attack me I was willing to put a rage in the cage.these dogs were both in the 130-140 point ballpark! I had an american bulldog that was a solid 120 pounds and they were bigger than him! Luckily myself and the dogs were unharmed!
