wondering who our coach will be next year :D !

Now, Hype could get a better offer and move on, but at least he has pumped some excitement into the program. And a lot of fans of other teams have taken notice.

I know Saban is keeping an eye out, and wouldn't be surprised if he looks back for a possible assistant that has worked with Hype in the past to bring aboard in one of those high-paying analyst gigs to gain insight into his offensive philosophy.

I'm sure Saban's "judgment expert" would probably advise him of that as well :D ! I wonder what that guy gets paid?

Man, you are just begging Bandwagon Nation to show up!

Alot easier to recruit kids when they don't have to worry about the coach/staff that recruited them getting canned anytime soon.

That is a nice change of pace. I am also all in for good, bordering great QB play… hell I would have settled for competent.

Hadn't thought about Riley and the potential dominos at OU. I am not worried about it but I've been wrong before.

Hype is under contract till 2027 would be 2028 if UT faced a bowl ban or scholarship reductions I think is how it was wrote up. Working with his old AD.

If he wants to jump ship like lane after a year O well I guess I just don't see it.

I've learned in life to never say never but Oklahoma used him as a scapegoat and fired him once. Maybe that left a bad taste in his mouth

I thought I had heard there was some bad blood between the two but couldn't recall the specifics.
OU would probably go after Mark Stoops.
