At first I thought this was a little doe but it appears its a button buck. These two little 1.5 bucks were buttons last year and hung out in this plot almost every day. I watched them a lot from my stand. While one freshened my mock scrape the other fed.. then they'd spar and then switch duties. It was cool to watch.

Anyway, this link starts when they first appear but the whole video is from my latest pull which was only a couple days over a mock scrape i started over a year ago. The 3.5 year old buck I posted in the other thread is close to the end.

Ha. Yeah, I guess its a real scrape now.. the point was I started the scrape and its been active for a while.

The key to making a mock scrape is the overhanging limb..I like a beech or pine.
