I have not Turkey hunted in several years. But I'm wanting to get back in it this year. Due to a divorce and moving three times since 2008. Ive lost all of my calls and vest. So Im basically starting over.
When I did hunt, I would use a couple different mouth calls and a box call.
I had managed to get pretty good doing a Owl call with my mouth to locate gobblers.
I would appreciate your comments on which diaphram calls youve had good luck with as well as a box call. I never used the slate calls but want to know what you think about them also.
