The wife's 3" 11-87 with 26" polished barrel shooting the Hevi-shot 3-2-7 & Rhino .660 gets 249 in a 10" circle @ 40yds.
I have a JH .660, JH .665, Kick's .665, I.C. .665, MAD .655, and the Rhino .660, I swap them between 4 guns.
I was wanting to try a PG .670 to see how they do with the mag blends.... I had a friend tell me he gets great results with that combo in his 870sm. I just haven't had the time to get one yet.

I want to try one of the ssx tubes .I got over 300 with the .660 jh then my patterns went to crap last year.i shot all the tubes again and my numbers were way down with all of them.not sure why but I still got three gobblers with them.I am using the 3.5 7.
i need to shoot my dads old 835 i got from him .i shot it one time last year with a star dot and got around 275 with it.i might use it this year.Im not sure yet.i love how the shur shot stock feels on my 870 but being left handed I like the thumb trigger on the 835.Might use them both..

RAFI have you tried deep cleaning you barrel ? I know it made a big difference in pellet counts with my gun.

I would be willing to bet that a good deep cleaning with Kroil would get your numbers back to like they were or better. Good luck

The 11-87sm with the I.C. .665 got 239 hits in a 10" circle @ 40yds.
Both patterns were pretty even.... didn't shoot them before polishing to compare.... didn't have time.
I am going to re-polish them next weekend and see if I can get them even better.
