i want to get into racoon hunting with crossbow

well never shot a coon with my crossbow but it has blew right through several buck deer. So I'm going out on a limb and guessing yep?? Just a opinion

For sure will.. make sure to still use a broadhead though

You'd be better off with a semi-auto shotgun, because several of them at a time usually respond to a call...

I see no reason why it wouldn't do the job just fine. I would consider the potential cost per shot though if you lose the arrow and broadhead that is....

Just leave the lid off an outside trash can. When they get in, put the lid back on.

Dont they have tracking capabilities ao when you shoot it tells you via GPS where its at?
