I went to a NWTF banquet on Saturday night. I came with limited cash, so I bought a $20 knife to put me in the running for a Mossberg 500 Turkey Thug 12 guage shotgun, turkey decoy, camo clothing, and binoculars, because I thought it would give me the best chance to win (1 out of 50)(even though I've NEVER won anything is a drawing before).........I'll be...I won!!!

The shotgun, at first gave me problems due to the cartridge stop was bent out too far, not allowing the shell to even go in the elevator, but now it works just fine after disassembling it and re-oiling it and bending the stop back alittle.

I know this is bragging and I'm sorry, but I'm happy, and facebook doesn't seem to care about hunting haha.

Oh I will! I'm gonna check the pattern out tomorrow with it....then pending the pattern might try to get a rabbit or squirrel or two with it
 
Congrats, there ain't no telling how much I spent trying to get chances to win guns at the banquets and never won anything.

Thank you, to be honest I thought about not even trying cause I've never won either, no matter what the prize is, but I went for the one that had the best odds for winning, and I would have gone home with atleast a knife.
