I'd have to expand my current Ohio property. I've hunted all over the midwest all the way out to TX and consistently the biggest deer i see are in the area I already own. 1500 acres could encompass steep Appalachian foothills, river bottom, and rich soil ag all in the same property.

I would love to have some land in Ballard Co, KY. We used to have a 800 ac lease that was 90% fields but surrounded by some large woods. I had days I counted over 100 deer. I had days i saw 30+ bucks, mostly out of rangs.
