Interesting read on Butch...

^^^^^^^^^ :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: ^^^^^^*^
I don't agree with the article either but,,,,,,,,
20 starters huh??? Lol
Yea I guess butch did coach on about the same level as bellicheck last season. Haha wonder why he didn't get coach of the year, or week, or something last season?
bellicheck would have hired a strength and conditioning coach to keep them players healthy so not to lose to Derek freaking mason and Vanderbilt.

Yeah BS, with 20 starters out Bellicheck couldn't do any better

Part of the game. That's what UF fans heard a few years back. Didn't have 20 starters out the first game when they should have lost to App st.

Maybe all those injuries are part of the reason Butch's job was on the line. That many injuries was not due to bad luck.

What?!? An anonymous "assistant coach" from another team didn't give glowing praise to Butch Jones and UT? You've got to be kidding.

like him or not, his job was never on the line. unless of course, you actually think that anyone that writes blog posts really knows what is going on. these people continually make predictions about recruiting, hiring coaches, hiring AD's, etc that NEVER come true. yet for some reason, people continue to care what they say. probably because it agrees with what they think. but i digress.

there is no universe in which UT would fire jones, after going through the dooley/kiffen/pearl/tyndall era. not last year, and not next year. he's there for another year or two at least, unless he leaves of his own accord.

maybe if he would have gotten them in shape they wouldnt got injured. Standing around get you hurt in a football game. He had an intern as strength and conditioning coach. Each team in the conference lose a few to injury ,but nothing like he did.
