Interesting read on Joc Bruce from a Vo11 fan

Is it really a thing not to step on the Power T in the locker room GnB? I just figured you would know since you have VIP access and all. :tu:
 
Sounds like ole Joc was standing on the "power T" in the locker room and got upset when Croom told him to step off. Croom ended up popping him in the mouth, and Joc could not handle it.

It's funny that you say that, I did have a VIP pass to get me anywhere in the stadium while working a special assignment. I normally would just stay until halftime on the sideline and drive home when the roads were clear.... :)

Heck, they even gave me the same shirts and hats the coaches were wearing and yes, I had it on.

Since you guys like proof, I dug one up. The AA stands for All Acess Pass... I did cover my great pic and name.

I heard something awhile back about a fight over someone standing on the Power "T". Didn't know how bad or who was involved. I know certain schools have traditions about not standing on the mascot. Kind of like some baseball players will not step on the chaulk line while entering and leaving a field.
 
His suspension makes more sense now. I wondered about the not applying himself on the field thing. Anyone would run through a brick wall for the best motivator in college football.
He was probably suspended because butch got wind of him getting beat up and not standing up for himself. You gonna play for butch, you can't be no candy azz cake eater.
You think this Lyle guy didn't have to be tough and stand up for himself to get where he is today?
