Article must be old because Kelly probably already signed on the dotted line..... 
I think Kelly or Frost or anyone other than some FCS coach wanting to break into the FBS ranks would be crazy to take the UCLA job. Bad facilities, no campus stadium (home field is 26 miles away in Pasadena). And hard to believe, lack of funds to hire the staff needed to compete.
