You have a lot of interesting articles on that site, I'll have to check out.

I'm sure the MatchMaster is a quality product. I couldn't justify the cost of it for the simple fact that speed isn't an issue for me. I've been comparing the RCBS ChargeMaster and the Frankford Arsenal Intellidropper. But even that's on hold until I see where the component situation is going. I can't get primers and therefore nothing else matters.

I can't speak for any others, but my intellidropper has been a huge time saver for me. It dispenses as fast if not faster than i can pour powder in and seat a bullet. I check weights against my Lyman scale often too, and it is always accurate.

RCBS has always made quality equipment and I've been using the chargemaster for two decades now. It's very accurate in general but it's limitation is the strain gauge type scale which is not as fast or as accurate as a magnetic restoration balance like the FX 120i. The . 04 grain accuracy is within 2 granules of Varget. For this the price of the matchmaster needs to come down a little to compete with the auto trickler. I personally prefer the powder drain on the side versus the bottom.

Tried electronic dispensers and never fell in love with them. I bought two Reddings about 10 years ago and really like them. One is designed for smaller charges for handguns. Both will deliver each charge within a 1/10th of a grain to where it is set for.
Fast and accurate.

I use an rcbs Uniflow measure to drop it close but light, then set the pan on Sartorius scale and trickle up with a Dandy trickler.
Probably not the best it's just what I do.
This is how I do it on my gear.

I do not like close. I like exact. Comes from too much time coding Assembler programs. Except for my 223 AR we get close.

Our 06, 280, & 308 all use IMR4350. Literally I trickle in single pieces of powder to get that needle where I want it. I know, I know, it doesn't matter.

Does to me. its just what I do.
