My daughter also told me that, after the Ole Miss "incident", the concession people remove the lids to the water bottles when they sell them. Can anyone verify?

Actually, I just googled, and apparently they did just that at certain concession stands. I assume the ones nearest the student section.
 
If it was in Knoxville I'd say it would have been.
I'm not even sure Vanderbilt allows beer and alcohol to be sold. But clearly if they do Vanderbilt PD and Metro Davidson County do a much better job with enforcement keeping drunken fans from pitching a temper tantrum when calls don't go their way throwing golf balls, mustard bottles and basically just Hillbillying up the field.
